Jamsco is a 100% black woman owned business established in 2012 supplying quality parts to Sodecia SA that ends up on the acclaimed T6 Ranger. The business has more than 100 people reporting to work every day and night shift to support an OEM production requirements. Jamsco also does extensive skills training and transfer to people in the neighboring communities. Jamsco has the technical support of the multinational Tier1 Sodecia SA, enforcing global standards such as Q1. Jamsco has added value by not only being well positioned with strategic partners but also with location. With the strategic partnerships formed, Sodecia SA identified an opportunity for Jamsco to supply a pressed component ( Z ) bracket that fits on the dash panel as an engineering change to the Ford T6 Ranger. In the past year of supplying in excess of 360 000 Z brackets Jamsco has a achieved Zero PPM’s.
